Registration form is enclosed with this First ANNOUNCEMENT. Completed form must be returned with the registration fee payable to the Diabetes Malaysia by email. Registration fee covers admission to all Conference sessions, exhibition, lunch and tea / cofee breaks. The fees are as follows:
